Reflection: This statement basically means that by creating and planning your future, you'll already know what life will bring to you. 

For example if you work hard and want to become a doctor, You'll become one and help many people and have a promising career. 

You have to set your mind to something and achieve it .

Student Success Statement

I think he was trying to tell us that we choose our own paths. We're our own person, therfore we make our own decisons. We're the only one that can make decisions for ourselves

 The choices we make in life or sometimes the choices other people make is the cause of our destiny. The decisions we make, great or small, determine who we are as a person. The outcome of our decisions might be good or in other times, might be bad.
