(ENT) Doctor 

Duties and Responsiblities: They are medical doctors responsible for the surgical and medical treatment of the ear, nose and throat and as well head and neck areas. They are typically known to handle cases like nose bleeds, infected mastoids, tonsillectomies, and sinusitis, 

Salary: 205,000 per year 

Education: They must complete At least 5 years of surgical residency. This compromises a one year course in general surgery and a one year course in otolaryngology. They must also start their medical education with a bachelor of science degree. 

Reflection: Well I've never heard of this type of profession before, but it sounds fairly interesting to pursue. The payment is good and the educational requirements aren't a lot. So yes I think I would be interested in pursuing this pathway.

Make the phone louder even when its in your pocket

Anyone who carries a phone in a bag knows that the bag can really muffle your ringtone, but Samsung has another hidden setting to fix this. From your phone dialler, choose Menu, Call Settings, and turn on Increase Volume in Pocket. When the phone is in a dark location such as a pocket or backpack, it’ll ring more loudly. Clever, eh?

Shut the phone quickly
Two settings on the Galaxy S3 let you shut your phone up quickly. Go to Settings, Motion, and turn on Motion Activation. Scroll down, then pick Turn Over to Mute/Pause and Palm Touch to Mute/Pause. Now, if your phone rings or is playing music, you can silence it by either covering the entire screen with your hand, or flipping it face-down on the table.

Screen follows your eye motions
Here’s a neat little gimmicky Samsung Galaxy S3 feature that could come in very handy if you like to read books or web articles on your phone. Smart stay uses the user-facing camera to scan for your eyes looking at the screen. If it finds them, it’ll keep the screen backlight active, rather than let it sleep. You can activate the feature from within the Display submenu of the full Settings menu.

Reflection: So i was looking up new tips for my samasung galaxy 3. And i discovered a few neat tips that could really come in handy to me that i had no idea about. So my phone isnt that lame after all . 

Current News. 

Gunmen shot 12 people, killing them almost instantly. This happened in the Paris Office of French  satirical magazine Charlie Hendo and at least 4 people were injured. 

Four of the magazine's well-known cartoonist were killed including the editor. Adding to that, two police men were also killed in the scene. 

The masked gunmen opened fire with assult rifles in the office and exchanged gun fire with policemen outside before fleeding in a car and they later hijacked another car. 

A major police operation is taking place to catch the three gunmen who fled by car,. 

It is believed that this is the deadliest attack sense 1961. It was believed that this was an act of terrorist. 

Reflection: I honestly think this was an act of cowardness. I dont understand how people can kill inoccent people, I think this whole "gun" thing has gone too far. THIS is the exact reason why guns shouldn't be manifactured. Weapons are the cause to this type of cruelty and threat. All guns should be destroyed and suspended. The only reason why guns were invented was for one reason only, to do harm to others. WHY ARE GUNS STILL BEING SOLD.

Reflection: I think this means that we always know what's truely wrong and what's right. It's just natural instinct we recieve as human beings. Whenever our gut tells us that we're doing something that we're not suppose to do, it's probably not a right thing to do. 

Electrocardiograph Technician 

Duties and Responsibilities: Electrocardiograph Technicians do have a couple responsiblities oregarding their job they have to Explain procedures to patients and attach electrodes to them to prepare them for EKG machines which measures electical impulses from the heart. They also make adjustments to the EKG machine to give accurate results.

Salary: 34,020 

Education: In order to become a certified Electrocardiograph Technician you'll have to finish a certificate program or hands on the job training. Courses in the certificate program may include Anatomy, CPR, diagnostic electrocardiography.and EKG analysis

Reflection: So from what i have read about this technician career, i dont think i am quite interested in this pathway. This career doesnt attract me because i wouldnt want to be stuck in a little office all day attching people to an EKG machine. It doesnt seem very interesting to the point that i would do that for the rest of my life,

Reflection: His quote does sum up the true goal for real education. Education shouldn't just be about the grades you get or how much schoolwork you do, Education should be more than that but the public school system of the US still doesn't seem to grasp that concept. Education should allow one to find their character and who they are and guide them to whom they want to be in the present and future. The main reason for Education is TRUE knowledge and intelligence and that's what we should be aiming for instead of grades. Anyone can get good grades as long as they do their work but that doesnt mean that they understand or truely learned anything. 

Registered Dietitian

Duties and Responsibilities: A nutrition food expert who has the credential to qualify as “RD”. Most work in the treatment and prevention of disease. Most work in health facilities and community health care centers.

Salary: $55, 240

Education:  A Bachelor’s degree with course wok approved by the Academy’s Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietectics.

Complete, supervised, experimental practice program at a health care facility

Pass a national examination administered by the Commission on the Dietectic Registration

Reflection: No i dont think i would want to ever become one because it doesnt catch my attention and I dont show any interest in this carreer pathway at all. It's not something i would consider doing my whole life.
