Student Success Statement

"The more obidient we are, the more freedom we have."

Boyd. K Packer

Reflection: I honestly with all do respect, disagree with this statement. Being obidient is following. Following rules, following examples, following people. True freedom is doing what we want without having to follow other people. America gives us the illusion that we have freedom but reality we dont. True freedom is deciding for ourselves what path we take without having other people shoving their believes down our throats. It just means that we're acustomed to copying other people and their actions but it shouldnt be that way and we should be able to decide what we wanna do. Not what society ecxpects us to be. Obidience is something we teach a dog to be, us humans being the "masters" of the dog, therefore being superior. Obidience is overpowering someone at their will.
Our world is just filled with dogs and masters.
  And that. Is reality.
